Its been about 7 months since I took the full time plunge into the real estate world. It has been a wonderful time of putting into action my years of personal experience and the comprehensive training I received. Every day I wake up and go to work assisting others with one of the most personal and important decisions in their lives, buying or selling a home. Not a house, a home. A place full of memories, or waiting for memories to be made. A refuge, sanctuary, or gathering place. Each buyer is looking for something truly unique that will meet their families specific needs. All home sellers desire a smooth, stress free listing and sale, providing them with the fruits of the investment and care, of the house they've lived in, whether for a year or a lifetime. It is for me a privilege, a joy, and great satisfaction to help. My desire is to make sure that each of my clients also feel great joy and satisfaction in the process, whereever they find themselves at the end of the home journey.
Last year my family and I moved a little further south from Spring Hill to Columbia. Trading a life in the suburbs for a small-town/small city life. A house that was new construction when we bought it 13 years prior, to a well lived in 1940's cottage.
We went from an open airy floorpan with towering ceilings to a cozy warm space. Each being completely our own, but in different ways.
Having recently sold my own home and purchased a new one, the stress of staging and packing, then moving and discovering how to live in a new space, are very fresh in my mind and heart. As your realtor I will be with you every step of the way. From staging your home so that buyers are better able to visualize their life in your space, to exploring the possible properties that will be the new space you can recreate your life in. I'll work with you and for you.
All things home. This is what I'm made for. This is what my years of personal experience equip me to do for you.
